Kazakh Businessman Yerkin Tishev Joins Silknet's Partholder

Yerkin Tatishev, a Kazakh businessman, is Silknet's majority shareholder.
Topaz Investments Malta Limited was approved by the Communications Commission, to acquire a 38.2353% share in Prometheus Holdings Malta Limited, the beneficial owner of Silknet.

Yerkin Tatishev Topaz Investments (Malta Limited) is Erkin Tatishev.  Daniel Kunin Erkin Tatishev is a long-time member of the Silk Road Group.

Kusto Group If the deal is successful, the percentage of profits to Silknet beneficial buyers will be altered.  Yerkin Tatishev Giorgi Ramishvili's share is declining and he will already have an equal share of Yerkin Tatishev.
